What is it about?

 

Effective Employee Relations is a key aspect of Human Resources Management. As part of the overall strategic direction of an organisation, Human Resources Management goes hand in hand with the other functions of the organisation such as finance and marketing. For all the functions to work together, there needs to be positive employee relations in place.

 

This course focuses on the practical aspects of HR Management which affect the levels of employee relations and also delves into how this brings about better results at work.
