- establish and consider the duties, rights, and liabilities of an entrepreneur under Maltese law
- consider different ways in which an entrepreneur can raise finance and their treatment under Maltese law.
- analyse the key features of Maltese contract law
- analyse the Maltese legal implications of day-to-day situations an entrepreneur faces.
- establish the existing strategies to which an entrepreneur may resort to. which are the steps which need to be followed under Maltese law?

This course is for Entrepreneurs, aspiring entrepreneurs, lawyers, accountants, students, chiefs of staff and core entrepreneur team members wishing to familiarise themselves or otherwise obtain a deeper understanding of the Maltese legal implications applicable to entrepreneurs.
What will I gain?
Participants will gain an understanding of the Maltese legal implications applicable to entrepreneurs. This applies to both start-ups as well as established companies the entrepreneurs will be taking over. Strategy and planning are essential to success in the entrepreneurial world. This course is the legal toolkit for all entrepreneurs planning to establish themselves in Malta, already operating in and from Malta, or otherwise wishing to expand or diversify their business interests in Malta.
