No Specific Requirements- but a grounding in Psychology, Careers and Vocational Guidance, HR Management, Training and Development and related disciplines helps
Certificate of Completion and, depending on the delegate's needs, certificate of competence in psychometric instruments introduced; eligibility for post-course registration with bodies such as the BPS subject to the required criteria being met

In line with BPS Level 2 Test User Occupational Ability  TUOA (formally Level A) and  TUOP ( formally Level B) standards run in conjunction with BPS verified assessors.

Gain eligibility for BPS Level 2 registration with this mix of e-learning and face-to-face
training and workshops.

This course is ideal for HR professionals, recruiters, training and
management development specialists and occupational psychologists (practitioners and trainees)  who wish to useability tests and
personality questionnaires to help in the selection, management and
development of employees. It is a required course for those looking to
become BPS certified Test Users.

Psychometric testing is widely recognised as one of the most effective
ways to ensure the right individuals are matched to the right job. This
time-efficient course uses a blend of e-learning and face-to-face training to
enable eligibility for BPS Level 2 registration.
At the end of the course, delegates will be able to confidently:

■ Evaluate and select appropriate ability tests for use in their organisation
■ Administer, score, interpret and feedback ability tests
■ Administer, interpret and feedback specified personality assessments
■ Understand how to apply ability and personality assessments in selection, development and team 
■ Link assessments to the competencies key to business success 
■ Integrate results from a variety of assessment methods to support decision-making.

This course provides the knowledge, understanding, and practical tools for ethical and fair assessments. Gaining this qualification enables you to select and administer tests in line with the British Psychological Society (BPS) recommended best practice, and other internationally recognised bodies such as the European Federation of Psychologists Association (EFPA), which set the standards in psychological testing.

We deliver the Combined Occupational Test User (formally known as Level A and Level B) training course, as a practical and concise BPS accredited programme that will only take 8 half days to complete (with  pre and post-course (portfolio) work) or 4 full days (different options for delivery  course format are possible )
