This course is ideal for HR professionals, recruiters, training and
management development specialists and occupational psychologists (practitioners and trainees) who wish to use ability tests and
personality questionnaires to help in the selection, management and
development of employees. It is a required course for those looking to
become BPS certified Test Users.

time-efficient course uses a blend of e-learning and face-to-face training to
enable eligibility for BPS Level 2 registration.

This course provides the knowledge, understanding and practical tools for ethical and fair assessments. Gaining this qualification enables you to select and administer tests in line with the British Psychological Society (BPS) recommended best practice, and other internationally recognised bodies such as the European Federation of Psychologists Association (EFPA), which set the standards in psychological testing.
We deliver the Combined Occupational Test User (formally known as Level A and Level B) training course, as a practical and concise BPS accredited programme that will only take 8 half days to complete (with pre and post course (portfolio) work) or 4 full days (different iptions for delivery course format are possible )
