Trainer Bio
Noel Agius is a Tax Practitioner who currently works at the Office of the Commissioner for Revenue and forms part of the e-Business Unit within the Operations Directorate. His main duties presently revolve around project management, public relations, and software testing.
Noel has over 20 years work experience in various government departments that preside over employment regulations. He was actively involved in data processing and the support and development of the Final Settlement System. He also participated in international tax seminars and workshops.
In the private sector, Noel was employed by one of the leading global audit firms and was also the payroll administrator of various companies.
A fellow member of the Malta Institute of Taxation, Noel lectures extensively on taxation and employment matters.

Electronic Lodgement End of Year Reconciliation Data

This extension to the advanced course is to equip participants with the necessary skills and knowledge to validate and successfully submit the FSS End of Year data.
This process is mandatory for those who had paid emoluments to an aggregate of more than 9 individuals in a single year.
This electronic lodgement of End of Year Reconciliation Data is a once yearly event and is often fraught with data input problems, which can be consuming and costly to employers.
This course will help users overcome such problems and give them a holistic view of the process.
The course is tailored towards any employee or employer responsible within his/her organisation for the generation and submission of End of Year Data.
