Course Location: Live Streamed Interactive  - Classes limited to 10 participants

Typically course delegates book both the Foundation and Practitioner modules in the same week sequentially on-premise or the following week live streamed. However People Learning provides three options to allow for more flexibility. Whilst we do highly recommend (based on our experienced trainers' recommendations)  that delegates wishing to take both the Foundation and Practitioner qualification do not leave too big a gap between the courses we do offer THREE booking options for your convenience:

PRINCE2® Foundation

• PRINCE2® Foundation is an introduction to PRINCE2® training and covers details of the PRINCE2® methodology and terminology.
• This is a three day course and culminates in an examination and qualification.
• This is ideal for many people involved in projects, but not managing them, and is ideal for project supervisors, engineers and business analysts.

PRINCE2® Foundation and Practitioner

• The practitioner-level qualification provides all the tools you need to become a PRINCE2® expert.
• It incorporates the management of project risk, maintenance of effective communication channels and control of spend within budgets.
• Attention is given to practical participation in a case study environment, encompassing the most essential elements of a PRINCE2® project.
• The course covers the practical application of PRINCE2® to real projects, including how to deal with the inevitable times when projects do not smoothly go to plan.

Foundation and Practitioner Exams - What to Expect?

The Foundation exam will be a multiple-choice assessment.

The Practitioner exam will be based on multiple-choice questions, as well as case study scenarios.

• All our courses are delivered by highly experienced and approved trainers with many years of experience in the delivery of PRINCE2 courses and the implementation of the methodology into organisations. All the courses will require some evening study (approx 1-2 hours per evening) and some pre-read material will be expected to have been read prior to attending the courses
• People Learning reserves the right to cancel any course with insufficient bookings up to 14 days prior to the commencement date. Delegates already booked will be offered alternative places or a full refund.

PRINCE2® has always been rooted in real-life experience. This update was intended to be trusted to provide practical, authoritative and relevant guidance to anyone managing a project in today’s environment.

What does the update mean for me?

If you are a qualified PRINCE2® Practitioner, under the old format and/or your certification has expired, we would highly recommend familiarising yourselves with the revised content available or understanding the updates in fine detail. There is also an FAQ sheet available to answer any specific questions you might have. You may, in any case be due to renew the Practitioner qualification.

This important update reinforces PRINCE2® ’s unrivalled reputation for Best Practice in project management. As always, the focus is on helping individuals and organisations across a range of job roles, sectors and geographies, to successfully manage projects.

Schedule:

All our current PRINCE2®  courses are approved to be held live-streamed online and this has proven to have been a successful transition since March 2020 before which most of the courses were delivered on-premise with some hybrid participation. Se can offer hybrid and on-premise training for bespoke/closed courses but the public online format enables us to offer an effective and viable delivery with international participation at affordable prices and with more frequency, without reducing quality.  We do care deeply that individuals are different however and we make sure all have the necessary connectivity and guidance before the live-streamed sessions start, individual attention, smaller groups, and a format more suitable for live-streamed training. There are of course benefits as well. Apart from the obvious safety aspects, no parking and transport hassles, your own favorite refreshments at home and more flexibility over when to take examinations etc. For our Malta-based learners, we are also able to deliver the official printed manuals and other printed materials in a smart fibre box as well as the electronic version, catering for different styles of learning. With more notice, we deliver manuals only to delegates based in other  EU  countries, EFTA and the UK. We are not able to deliver printed materials outside these regions but all benefit from e-manuals, pdfs, Take 2 exam insurance and exclusive access to a special Prince2 e-learning portal developed by our trainer.
