Manzoni Fashion School is Expanding

Manzoni Fashion School is part of People Learning. We are concentrated on Fashion Design related courses.

In 2019 we relaunched our Award in fashion Design course, which is an MQF level 4 rated course.

In 2020, our aim is to offer a portfolio of courses related to fashion designing, to propose to the learner a wide spectrum of the subject.

The fashion industry is a significant player in the global market and creates various careers from running a photoshoot, to managing a blog in the fashion media and many more glamorous roles related to designing, pattern making, textile technology, pattern making, retail roles etc...

In order to grow, we require teachers who specialize in the following areas:

• Tailoring- Able to plan a tailoring course and deliver the basics of planning, cutting and sewing. Tailoring prerequisites, sewing tools, different types of stitching, types of fabrics used etc.
• Fashion Photography - Able to cover every stage to the fashion shoot, casting your styling team and model to the shoot day itself. Shooting in studio and on location, lighting techniques and model direction, retouching, business marketing and social media advertising.
• Pattern Making - Able to teach the process of creating patterns for garments manually and with computer aided software.
• Hand Embroidery - Able to teach the introduction of this craft and different stitches and techniques. The tools and support needed to produce creative embroidered designs.

These roles are on a freelance basis, just to cover a course. The times could be in the mornings, afternoons or evenings.
