Identify Your Top Strengths

Answer the below questions to identify your top strengths. Take your time and answer each question comprehensively. Once you have answered all of them, you will find certain things that pop up again and again. These are probably closely related to your top strengths. Trust your intuition - deep down you know what your real strengths are! Make a list of your top three.

  • What are the things you feel passionate about? What are the topics you can research for hours and never get bored? Where you just click another link and another link - and before you know it, a few hours have gone by.
  • What are the things people ask you for advice on? What do people get your help with?
  • What are the things people complement you on? What do you do particularly well?
  • What energises you? What are the tasks that you look forward to, that you enjoy doing and that leave you feeling a sense of accomplishment when you have finished them?
