It is crucial that meeting minutes contain accurate and relevant information. This course aims to equip you with the fundamental practical tools in communication technology and business practices. 


Course Outcomes 

By the end of the course, participants  will be able to:    

- Develop criteria for selective note-taking;     

- Work with the chair to improve their note-taking process;     

- State their duties and responsibilities in relation to minute taking;     

- Practice a variety of techniques for taking notes

- Write minutes to a high standard of English (and Maltese if necessary).
